Job Description

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for an experienced print operator for our production team.

This is a full time position with plenty of opportunities for overtime based on workload requirements. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, weekend work will not be available. We are flexible on your exact working hours based on your availability.

Prior experience in digital and manual printing in a production environment is required for this position. We are willing to train the right employees on our specific machinery and processes. In this role, you will be producing high volumes of custom products for our clients. The job is very fast paced and will require you to meet production deadlines.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively using commercial digital and manual printing machines to produce a wide range of products
• Gathering materials required to complete each product from throughout the facility
• Completing basic programming and editing
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues and errors with the machines
• Performing final inspections of your work to ensure products are up to standard
• Effectively completing bindery, cutting and hole drilling
• Learning new skills and taking on additional job duties
• Working directly with your manager and other production workers to complete projects
• Following all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

• Prior professional experience in print operation
• Clear communication skills and following detailed written instructions
• Fantastic computer literacy and the capability of learning new programs
• The ability to lift 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
