As our Precision Ear Modeling Specialist, you'll work in a dynamic environment known for its commitment to design excellence and user experience, interacting directly with study participants and creating precise ear impressions using advanced silicone molds. Main Responsibilities: Create high-quality ear impressions using silicone molds, adhering to specific research protocols Engage professionally with study participants across diverse age groups (teenagers to seniors) Implement and maintain strict COVID-19 sanitization procedures between participant sessions Stay informed about the latest developments in hearing aid technology and industry best practices Represent the TELUS AI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Requirements: Active Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the state of California (proof required) Demonstrated experience in creating ear impressions Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to rapid changes and evolving technology We offer a comprehensive benefits package for qualifying candidates, including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401k with 5% company match, Employee Shares Program, Paid Time Off and Internal Growth Opportunities.
