\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
\n$19.00 to $23.00 per hour (Open for negotiations based on experience)
\n
\n What’s a typical day as a Powder Coating Machine Operator? You’ll be:
\n- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking parts to ensure proper powder adhesion.
\n- Setting up, operating, and adjusting manual or automated powder coating and curing equipment.
\n- Spraying a consistent and even coat of powder onto various surfaces according to specifications.
\n- Moving parts into and out of an oven to cure the powder coating.
\n- Inspecting finished products to ensure the coating meets quality standards, including thickness and appearance.
\n- Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
\n- Adhering to all safety rules and regulations, including proper handling of materials and maintaining a clean workspace.
\n- Logging production and maintenance activities as required.

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications are a plus.
\n- Possess technical skills with proficiency in powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens.
\n- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
\n- Bring a good work ethic and teamwork skills necessary for producing consistent, high-quality finishes.
\n- Have previous experience in a similar role (preferred) and are physically capable of standing for long periods in potentially noisy, dusty, or hot environments.
