Job Overview Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clinician-owned, physician-integrated practice that prioritizes collaboration, evidence-based care, and patient outcomes. Youll work closely with orthopedic surgeons and specialists in sports medicine, joint, and spine care to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. Responsibilities Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess function and mobilityDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goalsTrack and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomesEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury preventionCollaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progressSupport discharge planning and continuity of careQualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)Active Physical Therapy License in Delaware (Required)1+ year of experience in outpatient care preferredStrong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal rehabExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careBenefits 401(k)Health insuranceDental and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)MondayFriday schedule (no weekends!)Professional development in an orthopedic specialty settingWork Environment Medical Specialty: OrthopedicsSetting: In-person outpatient clinicsWork Locations: Offices in Wilmington, DE, Middletown, DE and Chadds Ford, PARelocation: Required prior to start date (if not local)Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday to Friday$90,000$115,000 annual salary, based on experienceIf you're a Physical Therapist passionate about orthopaedics and ready to grow your career in a supportive and innovative environmentapply today!
