St. Lukes University Health Network , the regions largest, most established health system, and one of the top teaching hospital, is seeking a full-time board certified or board eligible physiatrist to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Successful candidates will primarily work in an outpatient setting or a hybrid of Acute Rehab and Outpatient performing general rehabilitation. This position is flexible and offers the opportunity for the following: EMG, MSK, Amputee, Post-Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, and Spasticity management. There is the opportunity for administrative duties and educational opportunities for those interested in their professional growth. Our team benefits from a strong referral base from subspecialty colleagues and our 3 acute inpatient rehab units, focusing on neuro rehab, stroke, spasticity, amputee, orthopedic injuries, multi-trauma, spinal cord injury, brain injury, musculoskeletal, and bracing. Narcotic management is not part of our practice. Call is 1:6 weeks, primarily performing consults on our rehab units, with Internal Medicine covering primary medical calls for most of our inpatient units.
St. Lukes University Health Network has 3 outstanding CARF accredited acute inpatient rehabilitation centers each accredited in Stroke Specialty and Amputation Specialty programs. Furthermore, our engaging inpatient consultation services and multiple opportunities in continuity outpatient clinics, foster collaborative relationships with multiple specialties.
