Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist\n

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona
Service Areas: Hybrid- Clinic & Home Health

At  Advanced Therapy Solutions , a part of Sevita , we believe in the power of speech and communication to change lives. We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and help children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth.

Responsibilities:

\n
• \n

  Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.

  \n
\n
• Must be willing to work a combination of home health and clinic ( exception: Home health only) 
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• \n

  Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.

  \n
\n
• \n

  One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).

  \n
\n
• \n

  Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  \n
\n

\n
