PART-TIME BRAND AMBASSADOR

As a Leasing Specialist, you serve as a Brand Ambassador –the heartbeat of our community by welcoming prospects, guiding them through immersive property tours, and delivering a dynamic experience that reflects our commitment to wellness, vitality, and connection.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in people-first environments, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn everyday interactions into moments of joy and inspiration.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the Pointe Grand community by greeting prospects with warmth, energy, and authenticity.
  • Lead engaging, story-driven tours that highlight the lifestyle, amenities, and wellness-focused features of our property while achieving leasing and conversion goals.
  • Spark meaningful conversations that uncover prospects' goals and show how our community supports a confident, healthy lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with Leasing Experience Coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling and personalized tour experiences.
  • Respond promptly and enthusiastically to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
  • Ensure all tour paths, amenities, and model units reflect our vibrant brand image - clean, inviting, and full of life.
  • Build lasting connections through proactive follow-up and genuine engagement.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates positivity and active living.
  • Actively support with creating and maintaining social media and marketing presence on various platforms and community outreach efforts.
  • Support the full journey through immersive tours, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Qualifications & Abilities

  • A flexible schedule and a willingness to work weekends to meet our prospects when they're ready to explore lifestyle living options.
  • Skilled in social media strategy and execution to promote the community.
  • Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus - but your passion for people matters most.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
  • Physical ability to navigate the entire property and showcase every corner of our active lifestyle.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license for local travel and property operations (if applicable).
