Job Description

Responsible for promoting and selling the company's complete motorcycle range in the international market, establishing and maintaining good relationships with potential customers, and being accountable for sales performance indicators.
Manage the entire sales process, including output, implementation, and management of sales forecasts and marketing plans for the responsible region.
Actively collect market information within the region and analyze competitors to identify potential markets for the product, propose reasonable suggestions for product optimization, and achieve sustainable business development.
Responsible for team building and training, maintaining a positive working atmosphere within the team.
