Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute the OCM strategy and support to both IT and business resources impacted

  • Partner closely with Program/Project Manager and Sponsor on OCM deliverables
  • Collaborate with all project team members to ensure readiness and evaluate end-user readiness
  • Define and measure OCM success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, team progress, report and manage against any issues/risks
  • Interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Develop and execute various OCM deliverables, including, but not limited to:

Stakeholder Assessment/Analysis

Change Impact Analysis

Communication strategies and plans

Training strategy and plans

Post-stabilization assessments/measurements against success factors

  • Manage the relationship and act as point of contact with external training vendor
  • Deliver both Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user courses, as needed
  • Build a master training schedule of courses across multiple business units
  • Create communication plans for stakeholders across the business, prepare necessary content, and facilitate reviews for approvals

***Required to be in the Seattle office 3 days a week***

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Hourly contract rate range of $55.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
