PMO Analyst (Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Role)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly confidential PMO Analyst to support our Resource Manager in optimizing team performance and project alignment. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a self-starter attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and discretion are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Resource Manager to support day-to-day resource management activities.
  • Monitor and manage project allocations to ensure optimal utilization across teams.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members and facilitate constructive discussions as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of individual project work and core project management principles.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all communications and decision-making processes.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for resource planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or related PMO functions.
  • Proven experience in resource or project allocation and tracking.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate resource needs and take initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
