Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Wilmington, DE
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead a
rehabilitation and nursing center in Wilmington, Delaware.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strong leadership and direction to staff across all departments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards of care.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Manage emergency and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license (Delaware)
