Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter public school in Boston. We are a PreK-12 school serving up to 1,250 students. Our mission is to prepare studentsparticularly multilingual learners and those who would be the first in their families to earn a college degreefor success in college and careers in order to achieve economic security and mobility. Students gain acceptance to our schools via an annual blind public lottery open to all Boston residents.

Position : Middle School Sub-Separate Classroom Aide (2025-2026)

OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Match Charter Public School an opening for a sub-separate classroom aide to start in the 2025-2026 school year. The position is based at Match Middle School, located on 215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain. The aide will support the success of a student with special needs who will learn in the middle schools sub-separate classroom. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the students educational, physical, and social-emotional needs. Throughout the school day, the aide will support the students during instructional times both in and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times. The aide is an integral member of our school team and collaborates closely with teachers, leaders, and the students family. It is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with a student with special needs.
This is a full-time position. Compensation is $52,499.20 annual salary and can be higher if the candidate has prior relevant experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of health insurance costs and student loan repayment assistance.
