Position: Medicare AEP Seasonal Licensed Sales Agent Remote

Season: Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)

Dates: October 15 - December 7, 2025 (53 days only)

Job Overview

We are seeking Licensed Seasonal Medicare Sales Agents to support clients during the 2025-2026 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Agents will manage inbound Medicare Advantage sales calls, assist with enrollments, and upsell ancillary products.

Top performers who maintain compliance and consistently exceed metrics may be considered for permanent, full-time positions .

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License (Life License a plus).

• 2026 AHIP Certification required (or willingness to obtain 2026 FFM completion).

• Contracting ability with Humana, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Devoted .

• Strong ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy.

• Licensed in a minimum of 10 states .

• Equipment required: PC, dual monitors, headset, and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound Medicare Advantage sales calls .

• Educate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans.

• Upsell ancillary products (Dental, Vision, Accident).

• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Compensation

• Medicare Advantage Policies: $40-$60 per effectuated policy.

• Ancillaries: Monthly paid bonuses.

• SPIFFS: Weekly & monthly performance bonuses.

• Monthly Draw: Up to $4,000/month (based on attendance).

• Potential to earn six figures during the AEP season.
