Hardware Test Engineer
📍 Location: Dallas, Texas | 💰 Up to $115,000 annual salary
Are you passionate about testing cutting-edge hardware systems and ensuring they meet the highest performance standards? We’re looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join an innovative engineering team, working on advanced wireless technologies including 4G and 5G.
Your Role Will Include:
🔹 Performing in-depth testing of RF and wireless hardware in accordance with 3GPP and regulatory standards
🔹 Coordinating compliance assessments for RF, EMC , environmental, and reliability metrics with third-party labs
🔹 Creating and refining automated test frameworks—especially using Python
🔹 Setting up lab environments, integrating both test equipment and software platforms
🔹 Generating test documentation including procedures, specifications, and detailed reports
🔹 Running data analyses to validate performance and detect trends or anomalies
🔹 Investigating and diagnosing issues in failed tests or unexpected results
🔹 Driving process improvements to enhance test efficiency and product quality
🔹 Sharing progress and results with internal engineering and project teams
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
✅ Experience working with RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and high-speed scopes
✅ Familiarity with wireless communication technologies like LTE and 5G NR , and regulatory frameworks including FCC and 3GPP
✅ Skills in programming and automation using tools such as Python , LabVIEW , C# , or Matlab
