NXGen Fitness Center is revolutionizing the fitness scene in Portland, ME with our state-of-the-art facilities and innovative approach to wellness. We are dedicated to providing top-notch fitness experiences that cater to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. We’re looking for passionate and skilled Mat Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team and help our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group Mat Pilates classes in an engaging and professional manner.
• Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels.
• Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment.
• Ensure client safety by monitoring movements and providing corrective feedback.
• Foster a strong community by building relationships with clients.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Mat Pilates from a recognized organization.
• Previous experience teaching group classes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
