Rhythm is a wholesale surf & lifestyle apparel company specializing in premium products. We are a looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team.

Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented  Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone with a couple of years' experience in a similar position, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and visual storytelling. Salary Range: $55,000-60,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the visual creation of marketing materials across both digital and print
• Designing assets such as posters, catalogues, EDMs, social media templates, and in-store collateral
• Supporting seasonal campaign rollouts and product launches
• Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team on brand initiatives
• Ensuring all creative output aligns with our brand aesthetic and tone
• Assisting with general marketing support where needed

What you’ll bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design or marketing role
• A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A good eye for layout, typography, and image selection
• Experience designing for social media and email marketing platforms
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A collaborative mindset and a keen interest in branding and marketing

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience with motion design or video editing
• Familiarity with EDM platforms (like Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
• An interest in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries
