The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient mental health services by diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients including individuals, groups, and families, while addressing diverse mental health issues. They create personalized treatment plans, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain accurate documentation using EHR systems. This role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive support, and professional development in a rapidly growing healthcare organization focused on improving access and outcomes in mental health care.

We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
Refer clients to specialists if necessary
Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
Monitor client progress during treatment
Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds /diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner
Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner .
Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation .
Qualifications :
Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
Prior experience in psychotherapy
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.
May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for 3-4 h our s at a time between patient care and documentation.
F ine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for documentation purposes
Ability to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.
Ability to hear and understand others when speaking Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet away
Ability to act and move quickly in emergency situations involving patient care
