Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to act as receptionist/secretary in a small but busy Pensacola law firm. Pay commiserate upon experience with plenty of opportunity to grow within the position and the business. Discretionary bonuses awarded throughout the year, with PTO and other benefits offered after completion of a ninety (90) day probationary period.
The ideal candidate will possess good phone/conversation skills and an attention to details; pleasant phone voice and good note taking required. Proficiency with Mac and/or Apple products, with at least a working knowledge of Pages and Numbers, strongly desired.
