Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive intern to assist with event planning, data entry, and task management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, a fast learner, and excited to contribute to real projects while learning the ins and outs of business operations and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events (virtual and in-person)
• Manage schedules, timelines, and task lists
• Input and organize data using spreadsheets and project management tools
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members professionally 
• Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries
• Support daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion is a plus
• Interest in event planning, project coordination, or entrepreneurship
• Strong organizational time management skills
