• About this role - Internal Medicine Physician
• Full Time - Phoenix, AZ - Multiple clinic locations around the Phoenix metro area
• Outpatient Clinic Setting
• Athena EMR
• A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of providers and disciplines to create world class patient satisfaction and support
• The majority of the clinics operate M-F 8AM-5PM, but some offer modified hours of 7am-7pm depending on the opportunity
• Estimated 20 patients/day
• Rotation of other clinicians. When on call, you have a 24-hour shift (telephonic ONLY), triaged prior to provider engagement. (6-8 times/year)
• We ask physicians to supervise at least (1) APP.
• Routine wellness visits, Sick visits, Chronic conditions, Minor injuries, Joint Injections
• Family Planning and Women's Health Services
• Lab Services, Screenings, Prescription Refills

Background Desired - Internal Medicine Physician

• Board certified / Board Eligible - Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold a state physician license
• Open to J1 and H1B Visa
