Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, located in Scottsdale, AZ with some work from home acceptable. We receive over 10,000 warm leads per month (0 internet leads, 0 cold calling.) Will open up position for full time out of state remote depending on state and candidate. Salary + commission. Expected compensation between $75,000 -$105,000 per year. Turbo will train if you have never done insurance. If you are out of state Turbo will pay for airfare + hotel for first week of onboarding and training.
The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, managing insurance accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their insurance needs, offering suitable insurance products, and handling inquiries and claims processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and new products.
