Title – Instructional Designer

Duration – 6 months contract (possible extension)

Location – Plano, TX & Atlanta, GA

Salary Range – $42 - $48/hr

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our client’s dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone who loves building engaging, learner-focused content and has a strong foundation in instructional design principles.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop impactful training content for adult learners
• Analyze processes, ask the right questions, and translate complex ideas into clear learning experiences
• Use eLearning tools like Articulate or Captivate
• Collaborate with a small, agile team in a remote work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
• Familiarity with LMS platforms
• Corporate learning experience preferred
• Interest or experience in AI is a plus (bonus if you're familiar with Gemini!)
• No degree required—skills and experience matter most

Interview Process:

• One 45-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager
• No assignment or presentation required
• Portfolio encouraged but not mandatory
