HR Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to start their career in human resources. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to schedule orientation and training sessions.

4. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate communication and scheduling interviews.
5. Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee information.
