Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Contract Global Brand Marketing Director to provide leadership and direction during a maternity leave. This role will be responsible for defining and driving the global brand marketing strategy for their haircare portfolio, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing market impact. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the beauty industry, a proven track record of successful brand leadership, and exceptional strategic and analytical skills.

Global Brand Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive global brand strategy for the haircare portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives
• Lead the development and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and maximizing ROI
• Lead and mentor a global brand marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage the global brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Global Brand Marketing Director Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in global brand marketing, with a focus on the beauty or haircare industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global brand strategies and marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Please note this will be a contract that will go from April through September (may be subject to change.) The contract will also be W2'd and the candidate will be able to work remotely but must either live in the NYC/Miami/Chicago area.
