Job Title: General Production Worker
20+ openings on 2nd shift (Train on 1st for 4-6 weeks)!
1st shift is 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift is 4pm-12:30am, some Saturdays are required
$22.25/hr+
$2/hr shift differential after training
Weekly bonuses of up to $10 per hour

Job Description
Join a collaborative team supporting the construction industry by preparing and assembling steel materials. This hands-on role involves operating various machinery to cut and prepare steel components for assembly. We’re looking for adaptable team players who are open to rotating through different tasks and learning new skills.

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility that can get hot. Training will be on the first shift for approximately 4–6 weeks, then transition to the second shift with a $2/hour differential. Standard hours are 8-hour shifts, with frequent 9-hour days. Flexibility is required for 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturday shifts. Overtime is paid for any hours over 8 per day and all Saturday hours, with no more than two consecutive mandated Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr.
