What You’ll Do: Spearhead operational strategies to maximize cargo yield, optimize vessel utilization, and enhance route profitability Oversee and ensure seamless feeder operations, from vessel scheduling to resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ocean carriers and port authorities. Take charge of financial planning, budgets, and P&L analysis to meet performance targets. Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. 10+ years of logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven expertise in Indonesia’s maritime market and familiarity with Southeast Asia’s logistics landscape. Strong financial acumen and excellent negotiation skills A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
