Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role involves hands-on work in the yard, staging large pipes, and operating a sit-down forklift. You will be responsible for using saws to cut clean edges on pipes and pulling products from the yard to be loaded while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Work in the yard to stage large pipes.
• Operate a sit-down forklift efficiently.
• Use saws to cut clean edges on pipes.
• Pull products from the yard for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, construction, or production.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, cleaning, loading, and unloading.
• Familiarity with solar, packaging, and assembly tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude for installation and material handling.
• Medgaurd steel toe shoes required from the first day.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in Fairfield, OH, with a standard first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work involves outdoor tasks and may require heavy lifting. Employees are expected to wear appropriate safety gear, including steel-toed shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
