A warm and welcoming high-net-worth family in Reno is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized House Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of their home. This family has three young children with a fourth on the way and values reliability, discretion, and a calm, capable presence.
Oversee daily household operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient home
Complete all laundry duties, including washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe care
Light tidying and home organization throughout the day
Simple family-style meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner prep)
Restock household supplies and keep pantry/fridge organized
Manage household vendors and maintenance schedules as needed
Work closely with the family and property manager to ensure alignment on household needs; while the property manager handles maintenance coordination and vendor scheduling, the House Manager will be responsible for granting access, directing vendors onsite, and monitoring their work as needed.
Support family with child-related logistics (packing bags, prepping bottles/snacks, etc.) as needed
Experience managing busy households, especially with young children
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Comfortable in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment
Trustworthy, professional, and discreet
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Competitive hourly pay ($32–$38/hour, depending on experience)
