They've built an innovative platform that enables engineers to write and review smaller pull requests, stay unblocked, and ship faster - ultimately helping development teams create amazing products with greater efficiency.

Their cutting-edge solution seamlessly syncs code changes and reviews, allowing individual engineers to adopt the platform without requiring entire team migrations. Inspired by powerful internal code review tools like Phabricator and Critique, they're passionate about creating products and workflows that help fast-moving engineering teams achieve more.

Based in the vibrant heart of SoHo, this small but mighty team of 24 has already attracted a passionate and rapidly growing user base from top engineering organizations including Datadog, Bolt, Brex, Ramp, and Snowflake.

Their recent $20M Series A funding was led by the same partner at Andreessen Horowitz who led GitHub's Series A, with participation from notable tech leaders including GitHub's founder, PlanetScale's CEO, and the creator of React.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the team to build a real-time, collaborative code review platform with social features
• Help define the technical direction of the company
• Mentor other engineers and architect frameworks to build a scalable codebase
• Design new features around code understanding, CI/CD pipelines, and more
• Work across the full technology stack to deliver high-quality solutions

Ideal Candidate Background

• Proven industry experience building high-quality software products
• Strong ability to identify problems, build alignment, and implement solutions autonomously
• Experience working with and designing abstractions and frameworks that increase developer velocity
• Passion for improving software development workflows and tooling
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of Git workflows and code review systems
• Background in building developer tools or productivity software
• Understanding of real-time collaborative applications
