Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a full-time Unity engineer, with a proven track record of shipping products
- Must be in or near San Francisco, this is an in person role
- Ideally you've either worked on an indie/mobile game or been an early engineer at a startup
Compensation: 130k-180k with generous equity package
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop immersive, interactive sandbox environments for our AI-driven show platform
- Design and implement systems for dynamic camera control, character animation, and efficient management of large-scale addressable assets
- Create seamless integration between Unity and AI agents for navigation and dialogue systems
- Develop and optimize WebGL and iOS deployments
- Collaborate with a small, high-impact founding team to shape our technical foundation and product roadmap
