Job Description

Location: Denver, CO (100% onsite)

Length: Direct hire (4 years left on contract)

Salary: 45k-50k

Daily duties :

• Assist with critical operations activities via manual and automated processes.
• Provide support for transcripts of accounts, accounts payable, and loan adjustments.
• Complete service office requests for loan adjustments.
• Develop and update desk guides and other process documents.
• Provide support for back-office research into loan and account corrections.
• Able to learn new systems that are proprietary to SBA.
• Needs to be a self-starter and capable of conducting own research with the materials provided.
• Find solutions to new, complex accounting problems

Other daily duties include but are not limited to :

• Data entry, and processing. A person who is diligent, and detail oriented would thrive in this role
• Processing check payments and locating missing accounts.
• Scanning, logging, and depositing checks.
• Processing and accounting for electronic fund transfers (ACH, wires, etc.)
• Assisting the office in other duties and projects as required.”
