In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international air export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute international air export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare and review export documentation including AWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, and AES filings.
• Liaise with airlines, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and U.S. export regulations.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the transportation management system (TMS).
• Provide rate quotes and assist in pricing strategies when required.
