**What You Can Expect**
As a Zimmer Biomet full life cycle Executive Recruiter, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier executive level talent, defined as Senior Director and above. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role can be remotely located anywhere within the US.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Partner with senior leaders and HR Vice Presidents to define executive hiring needs, including key skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Develop and lead processes and guidelines specific to executive hiring
+ Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
+ Conduct thorough and insightful candidate assessments.
+ Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
+ Manage and negotiate the executive offer process, collaborating closely with compensation and HR Vice Presidents
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with executive candidates, growing the future pipeline.
+ Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Strong sourcing techniques
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with executive level managers and candidates.
+ Influencing and negotiation skills
+ Previous SuccessFactors or Phenom experience a plus
**Your Background**
+ 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 3+ in the executive space
+ Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 10%
