The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper for The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead operations at our 134‑room resort and conference center, including seasonal cottages. This role oversees a team responsible for inspections, laundry, pool areas, and public spaces. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills—coaching, mentoring, and counseling—along with administrative expertise in scheduling, ordering, training, and planning. High standards for cleanliness and excellent time management are essential, especially during peak season from June through September. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed Comply with all OSHA standards and mandatory training More about you At least three years of management experience Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs No degree required Physical requirements Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces Shift details Days Holidays M-F Weekends 8hr shift OT as needed On call #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North
