About

*About the Role:*

We are seeking a dedicated *Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) in Physical Therapist discipline *to join our skilled nursing facility.

* *Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week*

* *Schedule: Monday to Friday with No Weekend Rotation*

* *Needing DOR PT, staff PT Able to assist other sites if possible but not a must.*

• Note: *_*This facility cannot accommodate new graduate clinicians*_

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient-centered care plans.
• Manage scheduling and caseloads for therapy staff to optimize productivity.
• Conduct assessments and support patient care as needed within your licensure.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor and report on therapy outcomes and quality initiatives.

Requirements

* *Active licensure as PT*

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• DOR - Physical Therapist Discipline: 2 years (Required)
