Overview We are currently looking for a Director, Business Development to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this position is responsible for building and maintaining a national network of residential and commercial mortgage loan servicing clients, including private equity funds, REITs, banks and insurance companies for Fay Servicing and its affiliates. This role involves cultivating industry relationships, gaining a deep understanding of client needs, negotiating service agreements and driving long-term growth. This position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and revenue through strategic relationship management and targeted business development initiatives. This position partners closely with clients and internal operations teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-driven leader with strong industry insight and a collaborative mindset.
