Role Overview

Loop Active is looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. This role will manage our brand presence across social media and email, helping grow our community, drive online sales, and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator. Someone who can plan campaigns and bring them to life through engaging visual and written content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy across social media, email, and web channels.
• Create original, on-brand social media content using Canva including posts, stories, and promotional assets that capture the look and feel of our brand.
• Manage the creation and scheduling of content across all digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Oversee and maintain a marketing calendar that aligns with product launches, partnerships, and key brand moments.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (engagement, conversion, CTR, ROI) to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, creative ideas, and community engagement strategies.
• Balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day content creation and tactical execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Proven experience designing marketing assets in Canva (or similar tools) and writing compelling, on-brand copy.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (Instagram, Klaviyo/Mailchimp/FloDesk, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing improvements.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing emerging lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with or interest in the golf and active lifestyle industries is a plus.
  

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $50–$75/hour , commensurate with experience.
• Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and long-term growth as the company scales.
