We are seeking a creative and strategic Communication Specialist who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and meaningful engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing, writing, and bringing a brand’s voice to life across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Graphic Design & Branding: Create compelling visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools to support company-wide initiatives and branded messaging.
Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging, relevant, and branded content for a variety of audiences and platforms.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more—while ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and voice.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize social media campaigns that support recruitment, engagement, appreciation, and awareness across Journey facilities and the broader community.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership to support communication needs across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in graphic design and social media content creation
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign preferred)
Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently across platforms
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling
