Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Norcross, GA 30071
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Job Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering sensitive records and other documents into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, and electronic databases.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of data and correct errors as needed.
- Organize and classify documents for efficient retrieval and secure storage.
- Assist with scanning, indexing, and digitally archiving physical records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sorting.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work required.
- Experience with document scanning and indexing is a plus.
- Strong typing speed (WPM) and keystroke accuracy.
- Must pass an Excel Exam/Test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to provide previous employment verification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
