The Data Research Associate transitions between data entry and verification tasks using standard processes. Proficient in adapting to new tasks and providing insights to leadership. Responsibilities include performing clerical and manual work, validating data, and researching and analyzing metrics. Perform document review and audits, solve problems, and process escalated tasks. Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new tasks, workflows, or products. Operate a diverse range of tasks, moving between processes with guidance of management. Analyze and research key information and accurately transcribing it into internal systems based on customer/internal requirements, utilizing appropriate resource. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center, and customer service experience. Preferred skills include ability to respond quickly to unexpected changes, handle high volume of work under deadlines, excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision making abilities, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to work autonomously but follow instructions well, high level of organization and multitasking abilities, understanding of PC functions and ability to learn internal technology/systems, and experience with Google Suite.
