Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service team member with a winning, take-charge attitude, self-starter with good time management skills to help continue our tradition of excellent service on behalf of our dynamic, fast-paced clientele, and to contribute to our ongoing systems improvement efforts. Your responsibilities for assigned clients will include, but are not limited to:
1. Serving as the primary Priority Pak contact for day-to-day activities.
2. Managing client programs and projects to ensure that Priority Pak performs the agreed upon services within the required time frame.
3. Attending client meetings as needed (mostly virtual).
4. Managing client product and material inventories for ongoing programs using the Extensiv Warehouse Management System and/or Excel tools.
5. Processing shipments and distributions via FedEx, UPS and USPS systems. (Shipping & Logistics)
6. Maintaining the records necessary to ensure that clients are accurately charged for services performed, materials provided & shipping costs incurred.
7. Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
8. Assisting Priority Pak account managers with activities 1-7 above for their clients.
