Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to our sales team, focus on generating sales leads, and assist customers with any inquiries. We're looking for individuals who are both creative and analytical, capable of improving existing procedures, and eager to accept feedback for personal growth.

Essential Functions:

  1. Follow up on leads generated by the sales team.
  2. Increase store traffic to contribute to market success.
  3. Handle customer inquiries via phone and text.
  4. Support the sales team by generating new leads.
  5. Utilize communication scripts for various topics.
  6. Perform research using available resources.
  7. Provide detailed information about products and services.
  8. Embrace feedback to improve both productivity and character.

Position Type: Full-time position.

Travel Requirements: No travel is expected for this role.

Education and Experience:

  1. High School diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous office experience is a plus.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  4. Experience in a call center or customer service setting.
  5. Data entry and typing skills, including 10-key proficiency.
