What You'll Do - Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Manage policy inquiries, updates, and billing support with accuracy and care.

What We're Looking For - Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health preferred)
- Prior State Farm experience required - familiarity with systems, workflows, and products is essential.
- Proven ability to pivot from service to sales in a consultative, relationship-based manner.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy and self-motivated, with a reliable home office setup.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
