This full-time CRNA opportunity is based at a high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Centre . Ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking a balanced lifestyle , daytime hours , and a supportive team environment.

Day shifts only – No call, no weekends
100% Outpatient surgery setting
Team-based care model with strong physician support
Wide variety of cases – all ASA classes, all age groups
EPIC EMR system
Must be flexible and collaborative with clinical team

• Base Salary: 238,368 (114.60/hour)
• 20,000 Starting Bonus

• Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required
• Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Must be in-hand
• BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required or willing to obtain
• At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including training)
• DEA + CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start
• COVID & Flu vaccines must be up to date by start
• Must be open to occasional driving to other locations if needed
• Clean license and malpractice history required
• Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates
• Not accepting new grads or 1099 candidates
