Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The role is located in St. Petersburg, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing commercial lines coverage, providing excellent customer service, handling account management tasks, and renewal marketing. The role requires collaborating with clients to ensure their insurance needs are effectively met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Account Management skills
• Strong customer service and Insurance knowledge
• Experience with outlook, excel, and agency management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the Florida commercial residential property market is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
