CLINICAL ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST
North Carolina based Health System is looking for two new Oncology Pharmacy positions. The Cancer Center is located within close proximity to the Raleigh/Durham area. Monday to Friday day shift schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in relation to the patient’s oncologic/hematologic diagnosis, prescribed treatment, and other identified needs; providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology/Hematology patients.
