We're growing fast and looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Coordinator.
Position Overview
As the Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be the frontline ambassador of Davis Painting, responsible for managing client communications, enhancing our online reputation, and ensuring a seamless lead capture and follow-up process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Engagement
* Handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients with professionalism and warmth.
* Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads generated through online platforms and referrals.
* Schedule consultations and site visits for the sales or project team.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
2. Reputation Management
* Monitor and respond promptly to online reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.
* Proactively encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews.
* Report trends in feedback to the management team to help improve services.
3. Lead Aggregation & Coordination
* Track and organize inbound leads from various sources (website, social media, lead aggregators).
* Ensure each lead is followed up with in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead-to-client conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service, sales coordination, or call center experience preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with all social platforms
* CRM platform knowledge (Hubspot) a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement.
* Knowledge of home services or painting industry a plus.
