What You'll Be Designing

• Create complete site development plans using expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Develop detailed 3D surfaces, grading layouts, utility profiles (storm and sewer), and effective erosion control drawings.
• Efficiently revise existing drawings based on field notes and project markups.
• Play a key role in a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, designing essential elements like streets, stormwater systems, and site utilities.
• Work independently on tasks while maintaining a supportive, team-focused approach to meet project milestones.

Your Foundation

• Typically 2+ years of experience in designing civil/site land development, encompassing residential, commercial, or municipal projects.
• Strong, demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and a high degree of detail-orientation.
• A self-motivated, dependable work ethic focused on meeting deadlines and contributing to a team environment.
