TransForce is hiring full-time CDL B Dump Truck Drivers in Hampstead, MD. This position pays $23/hour with overtime after 40 hours. Drivers can expect weekly earnings between $900 - $1,120 and consistent local routes hauling loose materials to and from job sites. The driver should be able to operate a manual transmission.

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $23 per hour + overtime after 40 hours, night shift differential $100 per week
• Weekly Estimate: $900 – $1,120
• Schedule: Full-time, Sunday - Thursday, evening shifts
• Route Type: Local, home daily
• Freight Type: Loose materials including dirt, stone, topsoil, asphalt paving, and mulch
• Equipment: CDL B Dump Trucks

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport materials to, from, and within job sites using a dump truck
• Safely operate the vehicle in active construction environments
• Perform regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain awareness of site activities and follow safety protocols
• Climb in and out of heavy mobile equipment as needed
• Manual handling of materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 150 lbs with assistance

Requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL
• Minimum 6 months of experience driving dump trucks or similar commercial vehicles
• The ability to operate a manual transmission
• Relatively clean driving record
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts with constant physical activity (standing, sitting, climbing, lifting)
• Must be alert and safety-conscious in active construction zones
