Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a new outbound call center team (starting with 25+ agents)
Design and execute recruitment, training, and retention strategies
Oversee KPI tracking, call conversion metrics, and daily performance management
Evaluate and optimize scripts, rebuttals, and closing frameworks
Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead flow quality
Identify and manage lead vendors and list sources
Foster a high-intensity, numbers-driven culture with strong accountability
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing call centers in solar, home services, or construction-related industries
Proven success in appointment setting or outbound telesales environments
Deep understanding of sales psychology, call scripting, and conversion tactics
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Experience working with predictive dialers, CRMs, and lead distribution tools
Comfortable in a bullish, high-pressure sales environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
